Carnevali Properties is a third-generation commercial real estate holding company with over 80 years of experience in developing, owning, and managing high-quality commercial & agricultural properties across the Pacific Northwest. With a focus on single and multi-tenant facilities, we partner with national brands and financially durable tenants, ranging from retail and industrial to specialty service providers.
What We're Looking For
Agriculture
This region is one of the most productive agricultural zones in the country, thanks to its consistent water supply from the Columbia Basin Project, deep volcanic soils, and favorable climate for high-value crops. From sweet corn and onions to alfalfa and potatoes, the Columbia Valley offers some of the most reliable and scalable ground in the West.
We’re always open to acquiring more farmland in the region—particularly irrigated ground with strong water rights and operational history. If you’re considering a sale or transition, we’re glad to have a conversation.
Commercial Properties
We’re interested in acquiring existing commercial properties with solid long-term potential. Our focus is on both single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings, especially those backed by triple net (NNN) leases with reliable, established tenants.
Development Opportunities
We’re seeking high-quality commercial development opportunities in growing markets—particularly vacant land for build-to-suit projects. Ideal sites include pad-ready land near retail corridors, highway access, or employment hubs, with zoning that supports commercial or light industrial use.
